Evergreen Estate – Community Title

case-study-1-inner

From 2010 to 2015, Higgins Surveyors has been involved in the transformation of a derelict tennis and squash center into the newest housing estate on the Northern Beaches.

Evergreen Estate is a 34 lots community title scheme situated 2kms from Dee Why beach. The development was the vision of the late Ian Hayson, a property developer that John Higgins had dealing with since the early 70’s. His vision was to take the languishing sporting complex and turn it into a community development with rejuvenated parklands for the locals.

Higgins Surveyors assist with the preparation of the initial site detail survey in 2011 and the investigation of titling issues arising from existing easements crossing the site.

Along with the initial site survey, Higgins Surveyors consulted with architects Marchese Partners to develop the concept Community Plan and Lot layout.

With extensive knowledge of the site, Higgins Surveyors was engaged by Northern Contracting Group to provide surveying services for the constructions of roads, drainage and civil works to transform the site to what it is today. Using the latest in GPS equipment and the extensive construction knowledge of Richard Higgins, Higgins Surveyors was well equipped to help deliver the project on time and within budget for the client.
